Ordering a meatshield as a leader is considered the same as meatshielding; leaders doing so face the same punishments as the meatshielders themselves.

  • During events where rewards are given out throughout a map chain and/or the entire server (Mothership Wars) users are allowed to have one gear online; any other accounts should be logged off.
  • The use of a secondary gear (including but not limited to M-Gears) to gain an advantage (Raging Buffs, Heals, Call of Hero, Full Recovery, Purify, Scan) during PvP is forbidden.
  • The use of secondary gears outside of PvP is permitted. The moment the user gets attacked the activity turns into PvP (even if the user ignores the attack), thus making the previous rule applicable.
  • The use of secondary gears outside of PvP is NOT permitted in these maps: Hidden Place and Distorted Place.
  • AFK buffing in PvP is not allowed. If you are a M-Gear and you want to provide heals and buffs to people pvping in your form, you should be active and moving around.
  • Accounts made solely for the purpose of reward stacking (e.g. for a login event or level-up rewards) are an exception to the rule and will be banned indefinitely upon discovery. Accounts tied to these alts that can be considered main accounts will be banned for 7 days for every alt that is discovered, e.g. creating five alts will result in a 35 day ban on this person's main account. Creating over 10 alts will result in a 6 month ban on your main account.
  • It is permitted to have gears on opposing nations to play on both, but during events such as Base Wars only one of these accounts may be logged - so no switching during the event. Logging a gear on the opposing nation to clear a grind spot is strictly forbidden at all times.

  • During an event the instructions of the team member(s) in question are to be followed.
  • Camping during an event is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the event as a whole.
  • Reporting: Ticket with an attached unedited screenshot (max. 1 week old).
  • Sanctions: (Depending on the severity) verbal warning ~ 7 day ban (this includes removal from the event).

§ 9 AirRivals Team
  • The instructions of the AirRivals game team are to be obeyed at all times.
  • Attempting to circumvent a decision made by a GM or Mod, e.g. by going to another GM or Mod with the same problem is strictly forbidden.
  • Reporting: Ticket with an attached unedited screenshot (max. 1 week old).
  • Sanctions: (Depending on the severity) verbal warning ~ 7 day ban.
  • Team members operate under a different nickname to hide their true identity. It is forbidden to ask them about their true identity and/or spread rumours and/or reveal a team member’s true identity. Doing so will be regarded as a heavy staff insult and will be punished appropriately (see paragraph 2).

§ 10 Notes
  • The AirRivals team reserves the right to change these rules at any given time without prior notice.
  • These rules do not replace the terms & conditions, but rather expand on them.
  • As part of the terms & conditions, the AirRivals team reserves the right to turn off access to the online game service and/or other services associated with it for an unlimited amount of time in instances of infringement of the above-mentioned game rules.

AirRivals.net Bug List

The following is a list of KNOWN and disallowed bugs/glitches. Bugs that are not on this list will still be banned for, as they are and will be bugs until fixed. This list may be modified at any time without prior notice to show changes to the status of these bugs/glitches (e.g. repaired bugs).

1) It is possible to move through barriers meant to stop players from passing through to a certain area until the barrier has been destroyed. These include the Gates in Coronado and Mesos Floor, and in some instances the protectors. It is considered bug abuse to use various methods to get through these barriers without killing them first.

2) You are not allowed to park within solid objects that make you unable to be targeted. This includes but is not limited landing on an object to pass through the object (SPs, prog base, redline base, etc.) and hiding within map holes such as the stalactites in Bach Mountain Chain.

3) It is possible to fly outside of the Pandea A/B Point tunnels and Den A/B tunnels, and other tunnels, and either fire missiles or bomb the tunnels. If you find yourself out of the normal fighting area, you must return back inside the tunnels or dome. If unable to do so, crash yourself or town yourself. Attacking users while outside the normal battle area here or flying outside the normal battle area is considered bug abuse.

4) Similar to 3, it is possible for a landed gear to fall through the floor of the tunnels in certain locations. If this occurs you must take off to return to the normal battle area.

5) You are not allowed to log off in a mother ship reward map (Eopi/HKH) in order to keep the reward after your nation loses access to the map.

6) There is a method to extend the camera view past distances you would normally be able to obtain by zooming out with the mouse scroll wheel. The extreme glitching of the camera views is not allowed, people found abusing this bug to create "instant locks" in a radius around themselves can be punished. NOTE: This is not in reference to minimum range siege that A-Gears can perform, which only requires minimal camera zoom out to achieve, and which is also completely allowed.

7) It is possible to glitch the game while tabbing out. This can cause the following issues:
  1. Your gear can be locked on to, but cannot be damaged.
  2. Your gear vanishes and cannot be seen by players, but is still in the map and in-game.
  3. Your gear can be seen but not locked while alive and casting skills.
If you are found using this bug on a regular basis there will be consequences.

8) Flying in town is not permitted, as this creates additional lag may cause crashes for other players. If you are somehow glitched so that you are flying in town, logging off, and flying through the warp gate to Stones Ruins or Reynard Beach will fix this.

9) Causing the bishops to get stuck in the ATUM warp so that they cannot damage you is not permitted.

10) As an A-Gear, it is possible to drive over certain Supply Shops, and keeping these open after supplying, allowing the A-Gear to drive across the map while being able to constantly buy back from the Supply Shop. This is considered a bug by the Game Team and abusing this will result in a ban.

11) By means of a complicated procedure it is possible to abuse capsule opening in Infinity Field, allowing players to receive both the items as well as the capsules once they leave Infinity Field. This is of course strictly forbidden. Anyone caught abusing this bug will be banned indefinitely.
